Delete your account

You control your Stepwise account and associated data.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open Stepwise and sign in.
  2. Open the profile menu.
  3. Select Settings & privacy.
  4. Select Delete account and data and confirm.

This deletes your Firebase Authentication account and associated plans, steps, conversations, messages, and reports.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address connected to your Stepwise account. Use the subject “Stepwise account deletion request.” We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

Request account deletion

We aim to process verified requests promptly. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
